First music lessons at the age of 5. <\/span><\/p>

Admission to the International Pianist School Dounias-Sindermann for the highly gifted. Eight-time consecutive winner of the Steinway Piano Competitions, recipient of state and national prizes at \"Jugend musiziert\".<\/p>

Performances at talent presentations of the Berlin Senate in the Berlin Philharmonie, the hall of the UdK, and the House of Broadcasting, numerous radio and TV concerts.<\/p>

Studied piano as the main artistic subject at the Berlin University of Music with Prof. Gerhard Puchelt and Daniel H\u00f6xter (Israel).<\/p>

1st Prize in the Berlin University Competition for Pianists.<\/p>

1st Prize in the GEDOK Foundation Competition followed by a solo tour.<\/p>

First teaching commitments already at the beginning of her studies as the youngest lecturer at a state music school in Berlin.<\/p>

1979: Artistic concert examination at the HdK (now UdK) with unanimous top grade 1. 1979\/1981: Awarded a full scholarship from the International Institute of Education (IIE New York): Studies at the INDIANA UNIVERSITY School of Music \/ Bloomington \/ USA.\nMaster classes with John Ogdon, Balint Vaszonyi, Gy\u00f6rgy Seb\u00f6k, Janos Starker, Georges Jantzer, Margaret Harshaw, and Yuval Yaron.<\/p>

1982 to 2021: Lecturer at the Berlin Music School City West, focus on university preparation and support for gifted students.<\/p>

1994: World premiere of a major commissioned work for piano and clarinet funded by the Berlin Senate for Culture, performed as a lecture concert moderated by Dietrich Steinbeck at the Konzerthaus, broadcast on the radio.<\/p>

Extensive concert activity in established duo and chamber music formations with musicians from the Berlin Philharmonie, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the RSO Berlin, the Musagetes Wind Quintet, and the G\u00f6tz String Quartet.<\/p>

Six-time member of the national jury and the Berlin state jury of \"Jugend musiziert\" as well as the Berlin Steinway Piano Competitions.<\/p>

2013: Teaching assignment at the UdK as mentor for pianistic-pedagogical work. Several press interviews on the topic of piano teaching in the Berliner Morgenpost.<\/p>

2014: Participation in an rbb cultural radio feature about career paths of highly gifted young people.<\/p>

The teaching: Is based on the so-called \"Russian School\" and is equally suitable for children and adults: An expressive, beautiful tone, smooth, relaxed touch technique, and the development of special finger sensitivity are the focus of this method. With regular practice and the strict avoidance of unnecessary mistakes, early small successes can soon be achieved!\n\nShe started teaching piano at the deutsch-t\u00fcrkische Musikakademie in 2021.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
